Large area reservations for hosting employees, customers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, pre/post event gatherings at other establishments, watch parties for sporting events, and everything in between.
SEMI PRIVATE
– Parties of 10-40 people.
– Pricing varies based on the desired time of day/week and park size (except for high volume weekends: home game Fridays or Graduation)
– Typically involves a consumption-based agreement; you pay for what you drink, one tab or multiple.
– Outside food and decorations are allowed, as long as it does not create a mess that is difficult to clean up. (e.g. glitter)
PRIVATE
– Full building rental available in half-day or full-day increments.
– Since it will be closed to the public, the minimum varies based in the day of the week, time of year, and other events.
– No rental fees! Cost will be based on a minimum alcohol spend.
– Outside food and decorations are allowed, as long as it does not create a mess that is difficult to clean up. (e.g. glitter)
UNIQUE EVENTS
Whiskey Tasting:
We taste through history with Old Forester’s Whiskey Row series. Each bottle signifies a unique point in bourbon history. We provide tasting mats, literature, and education while we take a trip down memory lane with some of the best Old Forester has to offer.
Cocktail Making Classes:
We work with you to decide how many cocktails you would like to try from a list of classics within our repertoire. You’ll learn a little bit about the spirit, the history of the drink , basic bartending techniques, and the importance of fresh ingredients. We provide literature for recipes, spirit history, and the history of the cocktail.
Tequila Tasting:
We taste the whole Herradura lineup, and discuss the differences in tequila and what makes this spirt so sought after. We provide tasting mats, literature, and education on tequila
Pricing for all events above is dependent upon party size, day of the week, and desired time frame.
